Farming runs deep in our family — five generations of working the land and living close to it. In 2018, we felt a strong pull to slow down, reconnect with our values, and live a life with more intention. So we took a leap of faith, left behind the familiar, and set out for Idaho. Here, in the quiet beauty of the mountains, we found our purpose — raising cattle with care and producing beef we’re proud to feed our own family. That’s how Rush Creek Beef began — born out of faith, tradition, and a desire to offer something better.
What started as a simple step toward a quieter life quickly grew into something more. Before we knew it, we were
raising cattle, and soon after, enjoying the rich, flavorful beef from our own herd. We realized that families, like ours, deserve a healthier alternative to mass-produced grocery store meat. So, we decided to offer our premium Angus beef, raised with care and respect, directly to your table.
