Originally from the Central Valley of California, we are a fifth-generation farming family with deep roots in agriculture. After years of working in the almond industry and running an underground construction company, we made a life-changing decision in 2018. Seeking a more grounded way of life, we sold everything and moved to Idaho, embracing the quiet beauty of ranching.
Without intending to, we found ourselves raising cattle, and soon after, enjoying the rich, flavorful beef from our own herd. We realized that families, like ours, deserve a healthier alternative to mass-produced grocery store meat. So, we decided to offer our premium Angus beef, raised with care and respect, directly to your table.
