Exact cut counts and weights may vary slightly due to animal size and cutting preferences. Every half beef is processed to meet or exceed the stated total weight.

How it works: You reserve a Rush Creek Ranches whole beef share today with a $899 deposit. We reserve one of our premium Angus steers for your family. Our USDA-certified butcher will process your beef and pack it in individual vacuum-sealed packages. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($2901). Then we will ship it to your door.
